BJ O’Hara and Ron Doctor, both having great lacrosse and coaching careers.
Two of our coaches achieved All American award status during their collegiate careers,
Ron Doctor, BJ’Ohara
Four achieved Conference and Regional award status during their collegiate careers, James Vanduesen, Marc Sacco, Nick Zerrillo, and Mike Stagnitta.
Collectively, our staff brings many of our players a variety of lacrosse coaching experience, and Knowledge. Throughout our training and teaching sessions our participants receive a broad perspective on several technical aspects of lacrosse and field game situations, which creates a superior learning atmosphere for youth and high school student lacrosse athletes.
Our coaches all have given back to the game of lacrosse. Many of them have volunteered within their communities who have founded or helped in the creation of many youth organizations during their coaching careers. Several of our coaches have children who were participants or currently participating with the Road Hawks. All of the coach’s children who are graduates continue to play at the collegiate level.
Most importantly our coaches create a solid fun and comprehensive learning and teaching environment for all lacrosse participants.
