Tournament Practice:
Rules: For all Varsity players While in Season we are Helmet and gloves. We will reveiw are ride, clears, man up, man down, Defense, Offense, Etc.
The only exception to the above is this weekend may 9th because of new player tryouts. We will run a limited 5-4 drill and 5 on 4 controlled for the benefit of the new players. Absolutly no contact.
